Housing Development

Community Access has developed 20 affordable and supportive housing buildings in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan, representing more than $400 million in real estate investments.

We use a variety of innovative public/private financing models, and have a strong track-record of working with prominent architects and developers. Many of our buildings have won design awards for excellence in affordable housing.
