Each giving company has its own guidelines for employees, spouses, retirees, and widows/widowers. Most corporate matching gift procedures, however, are simple:

• Request a Matching Form from your company.
• Complete and submit the form to Community Access along with your gift.
• We take care of the rest, and your company issues its matching gift contribution.
