41st Anniversary Gala Raises $780,000

Our 41st Anniversary Good Neighbor Gala on May 7th at 583 Park Avenue was a resounding success. We were joined by over 400 guests and raised $780,000 in support of our work.

A heartfelt and rousing speech by CA tenant Diana Burgos, who spoke about the "very different path" her life has taken over the last few years
Carla Rabinowitz's speech, which offered a compelling firsthand account of the challenges and triumphs of mental health advocacy
Introducing CA to many new friends and supporters - and sharing the evening with many longstanding friends, as well

Our community of supporters is strong and growing. As we expand opportunities for people living with mental health concerns to recover from trauma and discrimination through affordable housing, training, advocacy and healing-focused services, I continue to be very thankful for the hundreds of special people who make this work possible, including our board of directors, sponsors, donors, and staff.
