As one of NYC's preeminent providers of supportive housing and by connecting individuals to other supportive housing programs, we offer, instead, the promise of a fresh start.
Our Assertive Community Treatment program, in the Bronx, helps people in the NYC shelter system with mental health concerns to access permanent housing and mental health services.
Our Pathway Home program helps people to transition from long-term stays in psychiatric hospitals to community-based living.
