All full-time employees accrue in their first year:
- three weeks of vacation,
- five personal days,
- twelve sick days, and
- ten paid holidays.

The Service Coordinator provides support services to assigned program participants, including assisting with defining personal, vocational and educational goals. The Service Coordinator provides assistance to program participants using a person-centered model that supports individuals in their recovery, hopes and opportunities.

The Registered Nurse works with the program staff to promote the medical and psychiatric health of tenants.

The cook is responsible for the preparation of meals and for maintaining sanitary and safe conditions in the kitchen.

The Harm Reduction Specialist provides engagement and support services, particularly to tenants engaging in risky behaviors such as drug and alcohol misuse, unsafe sexual practices, and self-harm, using a harm reduction model.

Front Desk Receptionist
The Front Desk Receptionist is expected to interact with tenants, guests and staff in a professional and courteous manner, while monitoring the safety of the tenants and the building. This includes greeting tenants and guests in professional, courteous and hospitable manner; ensuring visitor sign-in policy is carried out; conducting house runs; record activities in desk log; and monitoring Fire Alarm Station.

Maintenance Worker
The Maintenance Worker is responsible for daily cleaning and maintenance of the building, to ensure that a safe and adequate living environment is provided to tenants, staff and visitors at all times.
