The Howie the Harp Peer Advocacy and Training Center is an award-winning job training program benefitting individuals with combined histories of mental illness, homelessness, substance abuse, and incarceration. Located in Harlem, the Center helps people develop the skills and knowledge they need to establish meaningful careers, transform their lives, and make a lasting difference in the community.
We rely on the generosity of caring friends to make the Center's programs free and open to mental health consumers throughout New York City.
