If you have stock certificates you would like to donate, please send the unendorsed certificate and a signed stock power, available from your financial services provider, in separate envelopes to John Williams, Development Office, Community Access, Inc., 2 Washington Street, 9th Floor, New York, NY 10004. It is Community Access policy to sell all gifts of securities as soon as Community Access is notified of the transfer by its stockbroker. The proceeds are then applied to Community Access programs and related activities.
